Stephan Mayerhausen is Managing Director of AURELIUS Investment Advisory and Head of the New York Office.

Since joining AURELIUS in 2012 as a member of the Investment Advisory team, he has completed numerous transactions, including the acquisition of VAG from Rexnord and the sale of Distrelec to RS Group.

He studied business administration at Ludwig-Maximilians University Munich, Germany, University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and Anglo-American University in Prague, Czech Republic.
